TAL-Y-BONT
The Holiday park is located in Tal-y-bont. Here You will find NORBAR, TONIS and YSGETHIN INN (look for the peaceful walk behind).
LLANDDWYWE
Here you will find a local shop, butchers and the closest petrol station.
HARLECH
A 15 minute drive north of the holiday park, Harlech offers the best sandy beach & classic links championship golf course, St Davids. Both sit below a quaint village which boasts a castle open to visitors with family run shops, cafes and ice cream parlours. We recommend you can take in the views or watch the sunset whilst the enjoying a drink or food at the Plas restaurant.
NANNTCOL WATERFALLS
After a scenic drive you will find yourself at a campsite open to the public. Parking is around £3, there is toilet facilities and a small refreshment shop. You can see the smaller waterfalls instantly but if you follow the longer walks you will find ones with small pools overlooked by the mountains. Nearby is a restaurant we recommend called THE VICTORIA INN.
SNOWDONIA NATIONAL PARK
The holiday park sits just 25 miles from Snowdonia national park. Home of Mount Snowdon and multiple mountains its scenic views are too good to miss. Depending on far you are happy to travel there are many beautiful locations and attractions to visit. Take a look at Zip world, mountain railway, Llanberis pass & village, national slate museum, Beddgelert, Betws-y-coed, white water centre, Doldyddelan castle, Bala lake, electric mountain and the copper mines.
PORTMERRIAN
Portmeirion is a 35 minute drive, it was created by Welsh architect from 1925 to 1976 to show how a naturally beautiful site could be developed without spoiling it. Portmeirion village and gardens is one of Wales' premier visitor attractions, welcoming over 200,000 visitors every year. Guide dogs only allowed, booking isn’t required.
ABERYSWYTH
A idyllic seaside and harbour town offers plenty of shops ,The Royal pier lots of cafes and restaurants. Devils Bridge is also located near.
